Service Description
J&J Events offers thoughtfully designed spaces available to rent for parties, weddings, showers, retreats, meetings, and special celebrations. Rentals are available starting at two hours and extending to full-day use, with flexible packages and add-on options to fit your event needs. Our warm, inviting venue provides a setting that can be customized to create meaningful gatherings and memorable experiences.
Cancellation Policy
Rental Policies To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following policies apply to all J&J Events space rentals. Reservation & Deposit A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date. The deposit secures the space for your event and will be applied toward the total rental cost. Final Payment Final payment is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your rental agreement. Events may not proceed without full payment received. Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded based on the cancellation timeline outlined in your agreement. Event Duration & Overtime Rental times include setup and cleanup unless otherwise stated. Events extending beyond the agreed-upon time may be subject to additional fees. Cleanup The space should be left in the same condition as it was received. Basic cleanup is the responsibility of the renter unless a cleanup package has been arranged in advance. Additional cleaning required beyond normal use may result in an additional fee. Damages Renters are responsible for any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment that occurs during their event. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed as needed and charged accordingly. Decorations & Setup Decorations must be approved in advance. Items that may cause damage to walls, floors, or furnishings are not permitted. All decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period unless otherwise arranged. Alcohol & Catering Alcohol service and catering must comply with local and state regulations. Details will be discussed and confirmed during the booking process. Right to Refuse Service J&J Events reserves the right to refuse or terminate an event that violates venue policies, exceeds capacity, or poses a safety concern. These policies are in place to help protect our space and ensure a positive experience for all guests. We are happy to answer any questions and work with you to make your event a success.
