By purchasing artwork, registering for a class, or booking an experience with The Collected Space Gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Use of the Gallery
The gallery space is open for browsing, purchasing, and participating in scheduled classes and experiences. All guests must comply with posted rules and any instructions provided by The Collected Space Gallery staff.
The Collected Space Gallery reserves the right to ask a guest to leave if behavior poses a risk to people, artwork, or property.
Purchases
We want you to love what you take home. All sales are considered final, but if a piece arrives damaged due to shipping or another issue on our end, we will work with you to make it right, including filing an insurance claim where applicable.
We will consider store credit for returns made within 10 days of purchase, provided the piece is in its original condition.
Pricing, availability, and artist information are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but may change without notice.
Classes and Experiences
Registration for a class or experience reserves your spot and is confirmed upon payment.
Materials, instruction, and any included supplies will be provided as described at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
The Collected Space Gallery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class or experience due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a refund or credit.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to fully participate depending on the format of the class or experience.
Class and Experience
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds for classes and experiences are subject to the Cancellation Policy posted on our website and in effect at the time of registration.
Liability
The Collected Space Gallery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the gallery.
Participants in classes and experiences assume responsibility for their own safety when using provided materials and tools, and are expected to follow instructor guidance at all times.
Artwork and Gallery Etiquette
Please do not touch, move, or handle displayed artwork unless invited to do so by staff.
Photography may be permitted for personal use. Please ask staff before photographing for commercial or promotional purposes.
Emergencies and Safety
In the event of an emergency, please notify The Collected Space Gallery staff immediately. Emergency exits must remain accessible at all times.
