Jacob Kelly Memorial Scholarship
The Jacob Kelly Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of my son, Jacob, and his love of art, music, and creativity. Through community art projects, auctions, and donations, the scholarship helps support a local student pursuing their own creative path after high school. It is a way to honor Jacob’s creative spirit while helping another young person continue to create, learn, and dream.
Art With a Purpose
Throughout the year, The Collected Space Gallery will bring people together to create community artwork benefiting the scholarship. Our current piece was created with contributions from members of our community and will be auctioned to raise funds for the Jacob Kelly Memorial Scholarship.
About Jake
Jacob was creative, curious, incredibly intelligent, and unapologetically himself. He had an infectious laugh, a kind heart, and a way of finding joy in the things he loved most: art, music, travel, games, and time with his family.
He was the kind of person who rarely had an unkind word to say about anyone and usually found a reason to look on the bright side. He loved creating, experiencing new things, and simply being with the people he loved.
The Jacob Kelly Memorial Scholarship was created to carry a little of that spirit forward by helping a local student pursue their own passion for the arts and giving them an opportunity to keep learning, creating, and discovering where their talents might take them.
